Our Standard Clean is designed for regular, ongoing maintenance to keep your home consistently clean, tidy, and comfortable. This service is available on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedule. This service focuses on commonly used areas and routine cleaning tasks.

All Rooms

  • Dust all accessible surfaces

  • Dust baseboards and window sills (rotation basis)

  • Spot wipe light switches and door handles

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Steam mop hard floors

  • Empty garbage bins

Kitchen

  • Wipe down countertops and backsplash

  • Clean exterior of appliances

  • Clean inside of microwave oven

  • Clean stovetop

  • Spot wipe cabinet fronts and handles

  • Clean/polish sink and faucet

  • Spot-clean walls

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilet (bowl, seat, and exterior)

  • Clean shower and bathtub

  • Wipe vanity, sink, and faucet

  • Clean mirrors

  • Spot wipe cabinets

  • Vacuum and HAND WASH floors

  • Baseboards

  • Fold towels

Laundry Room

  • Wipe exterior of washer/Dryer

  • Clean/Polish Laundry Sink and Faucets

  • Vacuum and Steam mop floors

Bedrooms

  • Dust all surfaces

  • Clean mirrors

  • Vacuum carpets and/or steam mop floors

  • Make beds (linens changed only if left out)

Living Areas

  • Dust surfaces, shelves, and décor

  • Clean mirrors and glass

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Steam mop floors

Please note add on items, “swapping” items and partial home cleans do not work with this pricing structure

Scheduling and Rescheduling Policy

  • We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled cleaning price.

  • One-time appointment changes do not alter your ongoing cleaning schedule. Your original recurring service day and frequency will remain in place.

  • We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate one-off date changes whenever availability allows, though alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.

Example (Bi-Weekly Service):

If your regular cleaning is scheduled for every other Tuesday, and you request to move one visit to a Thursday for a specific week, your service will still return to every other Tuesday.

Pricing Information

  • All services are quoted as an all-in price per clean.

  • Pricing is based on several factors, including square footage, number of bathrooms, cleaning frequency, overall condition of the home, pets, and other relevant details.

  • When your home is originally quoted, pricing is provided as a price range based on the information available.

  • After the first clean is completed, a consistent ongoing price will be confirmed for future scheduled cleans, assuming no changes to the home or service details.
